If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away from Complete-IT Solutions as possible. On 27 July, I sent my laptop for repair and even prepaid for the part to ensure there would be no delays. That should have been simple instead, it became one of the most infuriating, drawn-out, and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any company. Here’s what I got in return for my money and trust: Weeks of silence with no proactive updates. A vague, useless message that “repairs have failed” with no explanation of the actual issue. No alternative solutions, no suggestions, no attempt to resolve the problem. An openly dismissive email ending with the question: “What do you not understand?” That’s not just bad service it’s contempt for the customer. Only after chasing them repeatedly (and I mean chasing, because getting information from them was like pulling teeth) did I finally learn the real cause, If they had communicated that in the first place, I could have made an informed decision weeks earlier. Instead, I was left without my laptop, without options, and without a shred of professional courtesy. When a repair fails, a competent, customer-focused company offers a path forward alternative repair options, part sourcing, a referral to a specialist something. Complete-IT Solutions offered nothing but excuses and the return of my broken laptop. This is the textbook definition of how not to run a business. They failed to deliver the repair, failed to communicate, and failed to treat their customer with respect. If you’re thinking about using them, don’t. There are plenty of competent IT service providers out there and Complete-IT Solutions is not one of them.
Never, ever have i been so impressed with the service i received from Ricardo at your plumstead branch he went out of his way to assist me in getting photocopies made and helped find the closest SAPS to get my documents certified and prepared everything for my return ... This is the kind of person you need who serves with a smile and promotes your company well
Where to start with this skidmark of a company... Not only is this business still holding our rental deposit after 4 months when we try contact the agent she puts the phone down in our ear and says we are being aggressive towards her after our lease states, they were supposed to pay our initial deposit+interest back after a period not exceeding 14 days. So now its on to the Housing Tribunal Do yourself a strong favor and never deal with this company ever. Peace.
<p>Good day to whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I find myself writing this review due to the fact that my Asus RoG laptop was purchased Nov 2015 and was still under warranty of 2 yrs </p> <p>Mind you this is no normal laptop and i ended up dropping R25 999 of hard cash to purchase the lovely beast and take her home with me</p> <p> </p> <p>Our story begins one fateful but lovely sunday morning ,10th of feb to be exact</p> <p>I opened my laptop bag eager to play the new fallout game i had just recieved and you could only imagine to my surprise when my laptop refused to power on (i started sweating lead nuggets)</p> <p>What could be wrong i asked myself ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Fast forward 2 hrs and i found myself a very unhappy chappy but none the less standing outside incredible connection cavendish waiting for the shop to open so i could drop this beasty off to be looked at.</p> <p> </p> <p>I book my laptop in and immediately the techxperts guy books i all my equipment and i mean everything incase its all needed to be sent back in </p> <p> </p> <p>I am informed that the repair could take up to 21 days to be completed but that is worst case scenario so i reluctantly agree and hand everything over as i know ive dropped some pocket changing moola to be able to purchase this monstrosity of a gaming laptop as its my only item of entertainment </p> <p> </p> <p>Its my only source of entertainment because im currently serving in the military actually the South african Navy to be exact and i spent this large amount of money as i needed the mobility of the latop as i can be going anywhere on a moments notice</p> <p> </p> <p>The techxperts guy said he would get back to me eith feedback and i felt like things were starting to look up ... Little did i know </p> <p> </p> <p>2 weeks passed and i didnt even recieve a call to give feedback so i called the shop and was told they hadnt heard anything but would get back to me asap</p> <p> </p> <p>2 more weeks past and still nothing not even a phone call so monday the 6th of march i decide hey lemme find out whats going on so i call the shop and spend 15min of hold to finally talk to someone in the shop who informs me techxperts are currently busy so he takes my details and says they will phone me back in 10min</p> <p> </p> <p>The day passed and no phone call ??</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to know what must i do from my side?</p> <p>How can i convince you to help me ?</p> <p>I spent more money getting that laptop that day than i have in my entire life at Incredible connection because i know the company keeps customer satisfaction as its highest point</p> <p> </p> <p>But the service i have received regarding this matter is not one of a well established business </p> <p>I worked in the IT sector for many years before the navy and all i can say is this is the worst feeling to have been given by your company</p> <p> </p> <p>When i look to buy another gaming latop can i expect the same experince?</p> <p>I will leave you with that thought</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards </p> <p>Unhappy chappy</p>
