The owner sold me a different product than I ordered. Original markings of the battery were covered with black tape and sent in a box with a different label. I would post pictures I could upload them. I can use that useless battery cause it would destroy my laptop.

If you value your sanity, DON'T PURCHASE HERE. Robin Pretious, whom I am assuming is the owner, covered battery ratings with black tape and put them in boxes labelled as another product. I dont even have the energy to fight back because he knows what he is doing.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away from Complete-IT Solutions as possible. On 27 July, I sent my laptop for repair and even prepaid for the part to ensure there would be no delays. That should have been simple instead, it became one of the most infuriating, drawn-out, and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any company. Here’s what I got in return for my money and trust: Weeks of silence with no proactive updates. A vague, useless message that “repairs have failed” with no explanation of the actual issue. No alternative solutions, no suggestions, no attempt to resolve the problem. An openly dismissive email ending with the question: “What do you not understand?” That’s not just bad service it’s contempt for the customer. Only after chasing them repeatedly (and I mean chasing, because getting information from them was like pulling teeth) did I finally learn the real cause, If they had communicated that in the first place, I could have made an informed decision weeks earlier. Instead, I was left without my laptop, without options, and without a shred of professional courtesy. When a repair fails, a competent, customer-focused company offers a path forward alternative repair options, part sourcing, a referral to a specialist something. Complete-IT Solutions offered nothing but excuses and the return of my broken laptop. This is the textbook definition of how not to run a business. They failed to deliver the repair, failed to communicate, and failed to treat their customer with respect. If you’re thinking about using them, don’t. There are plenty of competent IT service providers out there and Complete-IT Solutions is not one of them.

I have never experienced such severely, utter rubbish service anywhere before. I sent a message to their "Live Whatsapp Chat" last night around 19:31. I needed urgent assistance with my work laptop and expressed the urgency due to it being my WORK laptop. The person opened my message shortly after receiving it but never responded. By 08:30 this morning I sent another message asking whether I should contact another company as it seemed they were not interested in my business. Again, just read and no reply. At 11:30 I sent another message informing that person I was going to leave a Google Review. Again, no reply. After my 3rd read and unanswered message I am now writing my review of my shocking experience with this company at 16:20. My rating..... Below zero if I could. My advice... If you are looking for a reliable company...This is not it. Hulle wil vir hulle ougat hou to have an after hours whatsapp line like the big boys, but in reality actually CANNOT hold a candle to their level of service nor that which other reviewers have written about Complete IT here.

I've ordered from CIT for a while and so far the experience has been an overall pleasant one. There are occasional bits of tech sold to me that don't work, manufacturer's defects, and they are more than happy to replace the device. If there is something they don't stock they have been very helpful in suggesting alternatives and give their suggestions on devices with the same, similar or even better functionality. I really appreciate the service, it has been a delight and hope that it continues to be.

I've ordered from CIT for a while and so far the experience has been an overall pleasant one. I brought a laptop in for a quote which I didn't get it repaired and came to pick it up 2 weeks later. They knew I was coming but I had to wait while they put it back together. Maybe that is why they left the display settings on some obscure outputs - when I tried to turn it on all I saw was a white screen and had to plug it into a TV to see what was going on. Also they installed which is a big mistake as this browser secretly records and uploads conversations and other dats so I had to wipe the hdd clean and re-install windows.
