I enrolled at Virgin Active George with Demi. I took the off peak package. I was told that the R199 joining fee would cover me for November 2024. December would be R378, R216 for December and R216 for January 2025. However, R590 has been deducted from my account in December aswell as January. Demi has had an overall memory loss as to how that happened and all her so called manager can say is that if I want to cancel the contract I must pay for the remaining balance of the contract period!!!!! I'm so highly disgusted in the way I've been blatantly ****med by their consultant Demi and just complete and utter couldn't give a damn attitude by the "manager" Tried to contact their head office but phone just rings the whole day. USELESS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, except how to **** you out of your hard earned money!
I have never experienced such severely, utter rubbish service anywhere before. I sent a message to their "Live Whatsapp Chat" last night around 19:31. I needed urgent assistance with my work laptop and expressed the urgency due to it being my WORK laptop. The person opened my message shortly after receiving it but never responded. By 08:30 this morning I sent another message asking whether I should contact another company as it seemed they were not interested in my business. Again, just read and no reply. At 11:30 I sent another message informing that person I was going to leave a Google Review. Again, no reply. After my 3rd read and unanswered message I am now writing my review of my shocking experience with this company at 16:20. My rating..... Below zero if I could. My advice... If you are looking for a reliable company...This is not it. Hulle wil vir hulle ougat hou to have an after hours whatsapp line like the big boys, but in reality actually CANNOT hold a candle to their level of service nor that which other reviewers have written about Complete IT here.
Our company called Sales Hire on 18/02/16 to arrange for a 6m ladder to be delivered and collected to our client's home. This was originally arranged through a staff member named Nicole who firstly gave the incorrect info regarding booking procedure.<br> <br> I then spoke to Denzil who gave me the correct info. He said he would be at the shop today to sort my guys out. My staff arrived to find the shop empty and no one to assist them. Several persons were called to try to assist as Denzil was out and had left no instructions, no one was able to assist. When he was called he denied knowledge about the arrangement and our company. I then spoke to the owner Alistar. He also did not know what the arrangements were and told me he would first need to listen to his telephone recordings before he was willing to apologize and would not take my word as a dissatisfied client. His rude and abrasive behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Saying my dissatisfaction at his business's bad service was \my opinion\". Expected arrival time given by Alistar 15-20 min, ladder arrived in 45 min as no vehicle was available to assist sooner. Owner refuses to take responsibility or apologize. PUBLIC BEWARE!"
I used Dream Nails S/West on the 08/05/2015 and was assisted by Nehemiah. Which is the most qualified technician this particular branch has, I believe.She did a great job as far as I could tell at the time. She put the tip of the french acrylic nail quite low as she said she wanted it to last for 8 weeks instead of 6 as I told her my nails tend to grow fast.<br> <br> After 3 weeks I noticed that the growth was happening quite quick and the glue was starting to crack around the nail and parts of the nail were also lifting. I went to the salon to show Nehemiah and an appointment was booked to buff and polish. To make a long story short the appointment didn't happen. When I requested assistance by another technician she said she would call me back, which she never did. On Sat morn a nail broke off and I really needed help. Which I was told sorry we are fully booked due to special of R99 for any service above R100. Till today I have not had any calls from Nehemiah to give me her side or to apologize, as I was told she would call me back after her present client. I think the after sales service is appalling! <br> <br> For the record, this being the 2nd time I have used this branch and been disappointed
