If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away from Complete-IT Solutions as possible.
On 27 July, I sent my laptop for repair and even prepaid for the part to ensure there would be no delays. That should have been simple instead, it became one of the most infuriating, drawn-out, and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any company.
Here’s what I got in return for my money and trust:
Weeks of silence with no proactive updates.
A vague, useless message that “repairs have failed” with no explanation of the actual issue.
No alternative solutions, no suggestions, no attempt to resolve the problem.
An openly dismissive email ending with the question: “What do you not understand?”
That’s not just bad service it’s contempt for the customer.
Only after chasing them repeatedly (and I mean chasing, because getting information from them was like pulling teeth) did I finally learn the real cause, If they had communicated that in the first place, I could have made an informed decision weeks earlier. Instead, I was left without my laptop, without options, and without a shred of professional courtesy.
When a repair fails, a competent, customer-focused company offers a path forward alternative repair options, part sourcing, a referral to a specialist something. Complete-IT Solutions offered nothing but excuses and the return of my broken laptop.
This is the textbook definition of how not to run a business. They failed to deliver the repair, failed to communicate, and failed to treat their customer with respect.
If you’re thinking about using them, don’t. There are plenty of competent IT service providers out there and Complete-IT Solutions is not one of them.
