Dishonest and disrespectful.

Booking was rudely cancelled by Ken a week before the wedding. Although Ken originally promised to return the deposit he is now refusing to do so. The dams at Brookwood are contaminated with sewerage. (A Mogale City issue) but Brookwood's chalets are lovely. Unfortunately co-owner Ken is dishonest, disrespectful and need to learn to behave in an appropriate manner. All our original arrangement were made with Dave who was accommodating but unfortunately away during the time that the issue arose.
