I returned an item of jewellery I bought on the 13th December 2025. The return took place on the 14th December 2025. The profile created was in the name of my life partner V Govender; and I paid as G Naidoo. The discrepancy between profile and payer was an issue for Browns; further details were provided. Now they cannot proceed with refund as their account department is closed. I seek my refund and compensation from Browns. There is no date that Browns can provide for the refund.
