No professionalism, no dedication and no integrity at Bruces Panel shop in Pietermaritzburg
Pathetic treatment of a Pensioner- les and deceit - my dad took his Mercdes bemz to Bruces-he has received nothing but shoddy treatment, They drove the vehicle from his house but we not sure what happened at the panel shop now the car is dead-not starting. Jose from the workshop has spoken lies about the conversation he had with my dad-luckily calls are recorded. Now they want to claim through our insurance. PMB is small and Bruces claim to be client service driven-its all just talk and lies. Now we had to get our own mechanci to go and see what the issues ate and in the meanwhile my pensioner dad has no vehicle because of their disgiusting and disapponting service. Wheres the committment,

Best customer service I've seen in a long time
Simply the best. Excellent work and excellent customer service. Good communication twice weekly. Friendly and competent staff. Highly recommended

Best Panel Beater ever
Thank you for repairing the damage to my vehicle. You kept me informed at all times as to the progress of the repair. Your staff are a credit to you as they remembered my name and were really great to deal with

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM BRUCE PANEL SHOP
Excellent service from each and every staff member ....from the lovely helpful receptionist to Quinton and Lee in the panel shop who went out of their way to help me and to check if everything was to my satisfaction .

Terrible Panel Shop
Absolutely Poor Service My car was towed to Bruce, had pictures of evidence from the tow truck driver and the workshop manager admitted that they caused 2 big dents. The dents were sorted by another panel beater on my costs. When you message the workshop managers to compensate you.. They read and not reply

THE OWNER IS A LIAR!!!!!
The owner is a consistent liar who insists on cutting corners. This eventually leads to your car being returned with mats being stolen and without the issue being fixed. I had my car written off after 8 months of them "fixing" twice and me having to return the car for the EXACT same issue.
