Do not do business with them. We used them and when the suppliers they recommend did not do as they must they blocked us. Bruidsgids and their team is very unprofessional they make up stories clearly as is suitable for them. At the expo they make like everything is okay and its not. They are ****

Bad service
Magriet, Leonie and Deone The owner and her workers has no idea how to run a business at all. They take money and refuse to do a proper job in the first place. They owe people money and they clearly have no idea what to do. They ***** other people's idea then they proclaim that it's theirs. When trouble comes they block you from all pages also they still demand payments. There are various of vendors who had problems with them. Do not fall for their free marketing promotion they do it to get more money out of you. We have done a proper investigation after we used and saw them at the expo and we have been ****med out of thousands. They promote ****mers.

Magriet, Leonie and Deone The owner and her workers has no idea how to run a business at all. They take money and refuse to do a proper job in the first place. Ons wil graag ons aaklige ervaring deel met Bruidsgids. Ons het met soveel opgewondenheid hulle boek aangeskaf en self laasjaar hulle expo by Brooklyn mall bygewoon. Heel duidelik is dit duidelik en maak sin dat hulle dienste en besighede verteenwoorig. Ons het van die vers******s gebruik gemaak en ons troue was absolutely beautiful. Maar tog was ons gevang vir n **** wat hulle tot nou toe advertiser op hulle pages en self die boek. Ons het aan hulle soveel eposse gestuur waar hulle net terug kom met swak terugvoer en geen antwoorde nie. Ons het self gebel waar die foon in ons ore neer gegooi is. Ons is bitter geskok oor die diens wat ons ontvang het. Ons het toe gekies om die situasie op facebook aantemeld maar ons was geblok en persoonlik gedreig deur hulle. Toe ons met ons ander vers******s gepraat het het hulle aan ons genoem dat hulle dienste die laaste ruk erg verswak het en dat hulle betaal word maar die vers******s moet nogsteeds heeltyd die werk doen wat hulle sloer om vinnig hukke werk te doen of om n diens te verskaf wat hulle voor betaal word. My bloemis was n vorige vers****** wat van hulle diens gebruik gemaak het en toe ek alles sien wat sy my gewys het was ek so geskok en nie eers verbaas meer nie. Duidelik maak die mense misbruik van hulle diensvers******s an last toe dat bruide se geld gesteel word. Ons wonderlikke ander vers****** se geld is van hom geneem en is net so deur die steek gelaat en sy is selfs ook geblok. Maar sy het vir diesnte betaal. Ons was geskok gewees toe ons die kommunikasie gesien het wat hulle aan haar gestuur het. Hulle het duidelik geen kennis hoe om met mense te praat en te werk nie en is duidelik geldguurig. Hulle verdien nie eers een ster nie en ons is tans besig om die stappe verder te neem. Ons het n lys van vorige bruide en diensvers******s wat n baie slegte stel afgetrap het met hulle Ons het met Magriet wat ons gehoor het is die eienaar gepraat en ons is tans bewus van n Leonie en Deone. Ons is oorals geblok. Is dit omdat hulle weghardloop van die waarheid? Ons is R35 000 (vyf en dertig duisend rand) ingedoen wat hulle so mooi adverteer. Iets moet gedoen word asn hulle swak diens. Hoeveel bruide word nie nog meer ingedoen nie. Hulle aksies spreek groot boekdele

Terrible services
Zero stars needs to be given to this publishment. We had a horrible experience with Leonie Dippenaar . To begin with the treat their customers and clients not equal. She is rude and she does not do her job very well. We are still waiting for answers and she does her job like an unleavened child by saying she will not answer giving us the impression she is guilty for terrible services. We feel victimized by her behavior. We will not recommend them at all as they recommended suppliers also bad at their work.

I can't express my dissaponting experience with this company. They clearly have personal problems or have no idea what to do. I am also a paying customer but the way they treat people is absurd, disrespectful and rude. The discriminate against certain people and it is absolutely shocking. They choose what they want but expect the payments. They treat people differently because of race, and genders clearly and many people I've shown my case claims they also have been treated that way. At the end of the day I am a paying customer who received the worst service from Leonie and Magriet. Do not trust your business with them they are clueless and will treat you good for the beginning when they need the business. I am so disappointed.
