I can't express my dissaponting experience with this company. They clearly have personal problems or have no idea what to do. I am also a paying customer but the way they treat people is absurd, disrespectful and rude. The discriminate against certain people and it is absolutely shocking.
They choose what they want but expect the payments. They treat people differently because of race, and genders clearly and many people I've shown my case claims they also have been treated that way.
At the end of the day I am a paying customer who received the worst service from Leonie and Magriet.
Do not trust your business with them they are clueless and will treat you good for the beginning when they need the business.
I am so disappointed.

We genuinely are disappointed that it has come to this. We will, however, take this opportunity to set the record straight from our side.
We have been struggling to get full payment for your advertisement for the better part of a year. We have bent backwards to accommodate you and give you extensions. We have considered your personal hardships and refrained from handing you over to our debt collectors for far longer than we needed to. You have now made it impossible for us to continue receiving payment from you as per the contract you signed. Again, we allowed you to rectify the situation and settle your account before a specific date so that we wouldn't need to hand you over to our debt collectors. It seems that because you have now run out of space to avoid completing your side of the contract, you have run to the internet to slander our name with zero proof.
Through all of this, we have not charged you a single penalty for defaulting on your payments. That, coupled with the better part of a year's understanding and compassion regarding your missed payments, certainly sounds like a personal vendetta against you.
We are genuinely saddened that you have decided to resort to false accusations and reviews instead of complying with your signed contract. We wish it could have been different.

If you have answered my emails in a professional way then this would not have come to. Talk about how you treat clients differently? Is islt because of gender? I've recorded your calls and various suppliers agreed you have treated me unfairly
You've treated me bad regarding the payment or anything. And I have proof to stand with my statements.
You are bad at busines you claims stories that you cannot proof. You do not answer me as a client.
You have taken money from me that has not even be used to begin with that is R1160 rands extra.
