Pretoria and joburg borehole pumps and irrigation. Keep away from them
This is certainly not a professional or honest company. We called them out to check our borehole and our pump they came out and indicated that our borehole had been struck by lightning and that the automatic switch had also been stroke by lightning. We paid a deposit of 5,000 Rand while we waited for the insurance company to assess the claim. The assessment company can back to us and indicated it that the borehole was an damaged. We called the above company Pretoria and Johannesburg borehole and irrigation and spoke with them they came and removed their borehole. I have today had excellence service from another company but unfortunately they have to take my borehole pump and electrical cable back to their workshop to check the length of the cable for cuts. Pretoria and joburg borehole pumps and irritation had cut the cable in various places. Please. Please. Please stay clear of this company they are ******* for not returning my money and they are *********** and they are bullies has they threatened me when they came and collected their units

Left out hanging dry
BBP drilled the hole and did the installation in November 2023. After installation there was very low pressure. One late afternoon they tried to fidmx it but nothing. Bottom line, after numerous calls I got left dry till December when I trace the oroblem and the debris of the drilling clogged the PRV... I am still waiting for water quality test (R 4k), and they connected the entire dB board to a light switch, because why going through to the main dB... Which I pay for... Another 2k.... It seems there is really no one looking after the installation and to any calls I got no answers and we are now 3 months down the line. There are good contractors out there but surely BBP seems using subbies all along and no take responsibility.

Botched installation
For Borehole Drilling they are kind of good, but installation is sub par at best and Knowledge base seems to be limited to Bore holes and not pressure pumps and installation of Tanks, will never recommend them for an Turnkey solution.

Shocking aftersales service
It's sad to report that the reviews that some other consumers have written about are true and correct. I used Bruwer to install my borehole, they asked me at the time to please write them a nice review (I'm sure they ask many people to do so), never did I know why people really complain about, till I had to ask them to assist me with a pump that keep on tripping, they promised to come out, I called and text several time, yet no response, and eventually I decided to rather get someone more reliable to do the maintenance. I recommend people read these posts before disappointing yourself by asking Bruwer Borehole Pumps to assist you.....

Wonderful Experience with BBP
Excellent service !! Reasonable and competitive pricing. After-sales service and friendly behavior give a very pleasant experience to work with Nikki and her crew. I strongly recommend this company for a complete borehole installation

DISHONEST COMPANY
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM>>>I accepted a quote from Bruwer Borehole and Pumps in March 2020 and paid the R20 250-00 in full. The bore was scheduled to be deepened on 1st April 2020 but they claimed the lock down stoped them from operating. However they eventually scheduled a date for 25 June 2020 but the truck broke down and only arrived on 2nd July 2020 at 9.00 am. The drilling rigg worked for about 1 hour before a hydraulic hose burst. I the as the customer took a staff member to a hydraulic shop and paid for a new hose to made-up. They drilled to 60 meters and I was called by Niki and assured that there is now about 4 000 lt per hour and they would refund me for what was not drilled. I paid for deepening to 80 meters. It is now end July and still no refund never mind the cost of the hose. And I have the same amount of water as before they drilled. Niki does not answer my calls or e-mails. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST. I am taking legal action.

What a pleasure to work with a Company that appreciates their clients
We appointed Bruwer Borehole Pumps to assist with the drilling of our new borehole. Although the formation was extremely difficult to drill they never gave up and completed the drilling with a smile. The installation team was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I will definitely recommend Bruwer Borehole Pumps.
