Amazing! I lost the receipt and the box for a cbi switch. I got to the shop and was helped by Laurie in Strydom Park. He quickly found the purchase and swap it for a new one with no questions ask and very quick. Best service ever.
BBP drilled the hole and did the installation in November 2023. After installation there was very low pressure. One late afternoon they tried to fidmx it but nothing. Bottom line, after numerous calls I got left dry till December when I trace the oroblem and the debris of the drilling clogged the PRV... I am still waiting for water quality test (R 4k), and they connected the entire dB board to a light switch, because why going through to the main dB... Which I pay for... Another 2k.... It seems there is really no one looking after the installation and to any calls I got no answers and we are now 3 months down the line. There are good contractors out there but surely BBP seems using subbies all along and no take responsibility.
Any business can have a breakdown on a machine, but when after 10 days the machine is still broken and even the manager doesn't know when they coming out to check, then you know you need to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. Sorry builders Fourways, you lost a client. BTW, the call Centre is shocking as you cannot phone the shop and you stay on the line for 10mimutes waiting and when you ask to speak to the manager, they just make you wait! In today time costumer care is key, if not builders another one and cheaper!
2 out 3 times i used pudo, the parcel was damaged and this time the parcel was stolen! opened the lock and there was nothing! i hope you guys enjoy a Christmas present! tried to phone to check but oh well no one answer.
I purchased in December 2020 and for some reasons the payment did it reflected. While they have a great costumer Centre as you can phone, what's app or chat... Oh well no one tells you that they close! I don't mind people going on holiday, but then don't fool your client. Anyway, they got back on the 5 Jan and sort the account out. Great, parcel to be delivered on the 13 Jan. We are on the 18, nothing yet and no feedback! Sorry Mr shopper, even if you have great deals it costed me more to find replacement and waste of time following up on voicemail call Centre. Last purchase will ever do with you.
while Elon Musk is going to send people in space, MTN is not able to activate an esim. firstly i went to MTN Morningside and i got told they will activate because the system had a problem. then the MTN Business asks me what is the sim card... they should know! after 20 days and several hours on the phone, emails and 3 times to the shop the esim is not active. funny enough on MTN website you will find: "You simply activate the eSIM with your account profile and you are ready to enjoy all the services you normally would with a physical SIM."
i have been assisted by Busi Taliwe from a claim on my personal possession. in this kind of things you need to remember what was stolen and you need to try to find slips, etc... She was very helpful and assisted where i was not able to find info. at the end in just a week the claim went through and i was refunded of the amount claimed. thank you Busi for the efficient and professional support
