Huge shout out to FOGI PLUMBERS for sorting out my bust geyser. I called my insurance company Auto and General and the contacted FOGI who came out and assessed the problem. After establishing that the Geyser was still in warranty they contacted the insurance company and with in an hour we’re removing the old one and replaced it with the new one in no time at all. They worked quickly and very professionally with little to no mess. I haven’t experienced service like this in a very long time. I was kept informed every step of the way. Very well done. Nice to see people having pride in their work. Very well done 👍

I have household insurance with ABSA, and now ABSA has been poor with service when it comes to insurance claims but FOGI Plumbing service WOW they came on within 2 hours and replaced my Geyser the same day. AWESOME SERVICE

We had a water leak and plumbers were sent out you assess the situation on 2 occasions they could not find the leak, informed us to call back when leak starts up again which we did and they couldn't even assist. Poor service support and *********** assistance.

I have a household insurance however I think I probably even forget what is covered and just get stuff repaired. Coming from a home, with dad and brother having been in building construction, I learnt a lot so i generally juat fix things which i can. Well when the geyser goes then I am certainly not going to attempt that. On 23/8/2019, I reported to my nebank household insurance the geyser burst. This company called B&S Plumber's was sent to my home. I have to mention that within 4 hours of the report they arrived and kept in contact with me tough the day. Thankfully the geyser was replaced. When I got hwas from work I noticed the water had a lime residue. Well from previous experiences, I put it to the fact that the water meter was turned off and so the water will in time clear up. Well. 2 weeks later I called B&S plumbers to query this. The male who answered said that it was a friday and lunchtime and he will get someone to call back. Nobody did and we'll this could be me to blame as I had just started a new job so got really busy and actually neglected that. On the 27/9/2019 I called B&S about the hot water taps now making a real a query noise and I formed them that this is what I heard prior to the previous geyser bursting. Well I was told that the month warranty was over and I will now have to call the insurance again and that will be a second cost of call out fee. I called the insurance but made it very clear that this is clearly not normal to have only a months warranty as such on such an expensive product. B&S did send out a plumber and thankfully I got home just as he was leaving. According to the 'plumber' I will have to change washers on all 3 hot water dispesing taps as this was not a geyser issue.... it's probadly the taps that are a problem. We know I didn't belive that. I called him back to the house and showed him the water. He left after telling me that Kwikot will have to have a look. This was again a Friday afternoon last week. So has this plumber reported this yet? I have no report back. How tardily can you guys work? Knowing that you listed as a vendor for Nedbank!!
