I'm soo hurt and disappointed
Nedbank Insurance appointed FOGI Plumbing solutions to come and fix a leaking geyser at my place. The plumber arrived, didn't even introduce himself, he went straight to the geyser and told me it's leaking from the valve so the excess fee is increased to R960, I told the guy I don't have the money since I was told by my insurance I'll pay R500 excess. He asked me to sign a form that says the plumbing was done satisfactorily which I refused. He left the geyser leaking like that. I'm not a plumber how am I supposed to know that the leaking is from the valve on the geyser?

Bad staff attitude and incompetency
I convinced my Husband to do his hair at Legendary Barber Menlyn, first of all we arrived there no one attended to us, they were watching soccer, after about 10 minutes some guy came and asked if we're regulars or new, we told him we were new, then he cut my husband's hair and beard, he asked for a tip, my husband complained about his hair cut and the barber said he must come back the next for some fixing. It was as if he did nothing on his hair yet paid R240.00 yoo their attitude sucks, they didn't even bother to explain their product or hairstyles even when he told them he was new. Tip: stick to your township guys.

Poor customer care
Herotel will suspend your account and will never connect you back even when you have paid, you have to wait for days for your network to be reinstalled. Poor customer care nje, worse part I have to pay back installation fee if I want them to remove their things within the first year of installation, if I don't continue paying they will list me as a bad Debt payer while they can't deliver.

I posted a complaint two days ago about the poor service I received from Car Trac, They responded and sent a Technician to have a look at my car and resolved the problem, thanks to Martin and Christopher for the service they gave me and for going an extra mile. I am a happy customer and I'm staying with Car Track, I really like the fact that they don't run away from problems but they resolve them and ensure that they keep their customers happy.
