Poor service delivery
I've placed an order more than an hour ago.Still waiting, this 60 sixty is a lie.

Bad staff attitude and incompetency
I convinced my Husband to do his hair at Legendary Barber Menlyn, first of all we arrived there no one attended to us, they were watching soccer, after about 10 minutes some guy came and asked if we're regulars or new, we told him we were new, then he cut my husband's hair and beard, he asked for a tip, my husband complained about his hair cut and the barber said he must come back the next for some fixing. It was as if he did nothing on his hair yet paid R240.00 yoo their attitude sucks, they didn't even bother to explain their product or hairstyles even when he told them he was new. Tip: stick to your township guys.

Poor customer care
Herotel will suspend your account and will never connect you back even when you have paid, you have to wait for days for your network to be reinstalled. Poor customer care nje, worse part I have to pay back installation fee if I want them to remove their things within the first year of installation, if I don't continue paying they will list me as a bad Debt payer while they can't deliver.

I posted a complaint two days ago about the poor service I received from Car Trac, They responded and sent a Technician to have a look at my car and resolved the problem, thanks to Martin and Christopher for the service they gave me and for going an extra mile. I am a happy customer and I'm staying with Car Track, I really like the fact that they don't run away from problems but they resolve them and ensure that they keep their customers happy.

I suspect it's their strategy of stealing cars.
This company sent an incompetent Technician to install a Tracker in my car, he even showed me where he installed the tracker which in my knowledge was not supposed to happen, I kept on receiving power alert messages continously and phone calls, I called them to report the matter but they never got back to me, I even suspect that they damaged my car, I want them to remove their device from my car, I don't think I'll ever refer anyone to CarTrack, their service is extremely poor.
