Currently having a horrible experience with the Jet Park Branch. I had requested a qoute 2 weeks ago and was told that my windscreen would be changed last week Monday (16/09). Dealing with a lady by the name of Bianca, very delayed and not clued up on her job. I was not even asked what kind of vehicle i have, i had to send a picture just so she can have some kind of clue. Regardless, I have been waiting from last week Monday and i specifically advised Bianca that i would be leaving early on the last week Thursday so if they could please come before then. To my surprise the guys came on Thursday after I had left. The guys advised one of my colleagues that the people at the office are sleeping and not communicating properly. I kept pushing Bianca to slot me in as i urgently needed my windscreen changed however she advised that they were fully booked by they will arrange for this Wednesday, come this Wednesday they fully booked and it cant be done. Finally i was advised that they can come on Thursday and finally they came but now the windscreen they brought is not the same size so they have to come back. The guys that came again said that they are sleeping and not communicating properly. Very unprofessional and ridiculous.
