We received the worst service from Best Safety Glass this past Saturday, We went to go and replace our windscreen, First of all, The fitter was working alone, We were there from 9am and only left 11:30 , They do not care about your car, If they do not let the item that they take out the windscreen with hit your car, Then they forget to place your license disc on the new windscreen, I left several messages for the Manager to phone me back, I also emailed her, Now the new issue is that the windscreen is not fittet properly , It sounds like it wants to crack on the left bottom side and the wind comes in, I have also reported this and guess what, They do not give a ****, They want to call me and say that , that is the reason why you must not take your car for a wash, The car still has their original tape on the windscreen and the hand marks of the fitter is still on the windscreen so how is this my problem, Maybe if the one fitter had help this would not have happened, I am still waiting for them to send out a fitter to my work for them to fix what they did not do, I did not ask them for a discount when I went to them, I paid for a Windscreen with a sensor but they take of your old sensor and place it on the windscreen, I am not happy with BSG Jet park at all, I want them to fix their ****ty job that was done. And maybe get a Manager that wants to provide customer service, Because the one that they have do not know how to use a phone and phone back a customer if they have a complaint and neither does the manager want to sort out problems, But still they get a manager salary but do not know how to manage

This company is a no-go! I paid for a windscreen to be fitted at home and the fitment people tried to get me to pay cash for a rubber replacement - they even called it “cool drink money”. So complete bribery shake-down. I have zero faith in this company or their services.

I bought a windscreen today for collection at BSG Glass East Rand. I asked that the staff help put in the car for me and the lady who was assisting me assigned one of the employees to assist. Their employee broke the windscreen and went to his supervisor to apologize. As they went back to their warehouse to collect another windscreen (as I thought it would be replaced by them since it was their own employees fault), I was told that they won't replace it and I was charged for another one. I explained to them to check the footage as I was in their premises and they said they won't be liable for the damaged windscreen even if it was done by their employee. I felt it was done deliberately to try and get more sales because it doesn't make sense. I would have understood if it was outside their premises or if it was broken by me, but I felt they should have taken liability as it was their own employee who broke it. The lady at dispatch was so rude and told me how they run a business and won't be replacing it. I spent an additional R900 purchasing another windscreen

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from BSG Autoglass Boksburg. I initially scheduled a call-out for windscreen replacements on two of my vehicles, and the issues began shortly after that. For the first vehicle, there was wind noise coming through the windscreen after the replacement. I reported it immediately, and while they agreed to send someone out, I had to follow up several times. When the technician finally arrived, he acknowledged the air leak, but said they didn’t have enough silicone or materials to do the job and would have to come back the next day. This forced me to take an Uber to work at my own expense (over R400)—an inconvenience and cost that should never have been necessary if the job was done properly the first time. For the second vehicle, after the windscreen replacement, the top rubber was damaged. When I informed them, they said I needed to purchase a new one (which they supply and fit). I agreed, and asked them to sort both issues on the same day. They did replace the rubber, but left a visible gap on the top right corner. Now I’m being told that I need to bring the vehicle in for management to inspect it—yet another inconvenience and delay, when the mistake is clearly theirs. This entire experience has been frustrating, costly, and well below the standard of service I expected. I paid for a professional job, and all I want is to receive what I paid for—properly done, without repeated callbacks and additional costs on my side. I would not recommend BSG Autoglass Boksburg based on this experience, and I sincerely hope they address their poor after-sales service and quality control going forward.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at BSG in Jet Park. In October 2023, I had my windscreen replaced at BSG. Last month, my windscreen was hit by a stone from a truck, resulting in a small chip. I went to have the chip repaired today, and the technician Sam at BSG in Jet Park who handled the repair ended up cracking my windscreen. I am extremely unhappy with the way this situation has been handled. The least BSG could do is refund me the R250 I paid for the chip repair, as the repair has only resulted in additional costs for me. I was not informed upfront that this repair would be at my own risk, and while I later saw this on the invoice, I did not read it thoroughly at the time. The salesperson should have made this clear before proceeding with the repair, ensuring I was fully aware of the risks involved. Now, I am being told that I need to pay R1600 for a new windscreen, which feels unfair given the circumstances. The service I received from BSG has been extremely disappointing, and I feel that the company is simply taking advantage of customers.

If you want poor service, *********** and your money to be taken without services rendered, then try these people. I paid in full and they brought incorrect windows and did one window and left me hanging. Now they demand that I pay more for their *********** behavior. I will never recommend them to anyone. I'll tell my neighbor to look elsewhere as he also wanted a windscreen. Next step, posting on social media for all to know how pathetic the service is.

Currently having a horrible experience with the Jet Park Branch. I had requested a qoute 2 weeks ago and was told that my windscreen would be changed last week Monday (16/09). Dealing with a lady by the name of Bianca, very delayed and not clued up on her job. I was not even asked what kind of vehicle i have, i had to send a picture just so she can have some kind of clue. Regardless, I have been waiting from last week Monday and i specifically advised Bianca that i would be leaving early on the last week Thursday so if they could please come before then. To my surprise the guys came on Thursday after I had left. The guys advised one of my colleagues that the people at the office are sleeping and not communicating properly. I kept pushing Bianca to slot me in as i urgently needed my windscreen changed however she advised that they were fully booked by they will arrange for this Wednesday, come this Wednesday they fully booked and it cant be done. Finally i was advised that they can come on Thursday and finally they came but now the windscreen they brought is not the same size so they have to come back. The guys that came again said that they are sleeping and not communicating properly. Very unprofessional and ridiculous.
