I got great service and I am impress with the availability of windscreen they have on the premises.
Ordered package from Temu. I am waiting for the package, the delivery date keeps moving out. The consultants stories keep on changing. Paid the tax and duties, then one consultant say it is not paid, the other say it is. But looking at this reviews, they will just see it as another bad review.
After I have spend time listen to the consultant, he could not take no for an answer. Also they did not want to tell me where they got my number from so that I can block my number.
This company to not adhere to POPIA act. When I asked them for information the consultant put the phone down on me.
I have assisted my parents with a claim against their policy after my father got ill. All the people that I talked to at Platinum Life was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with Platinum Life.
Standard Bank phone me on a regular basis to try and sell me there products. The moment you need their service, they cannot help you. My recent problem, I want to buy a vehicle. I do an immediate payment to the motor dealership then the money do not display on there statements. My wife that is FNB money show immediately on the dealerships bank accounts. We I phoned they transfer me 5 times to a consult that tell me he can see the transaction but cannot help me.
My solar has been damaged by lightning on 26 Feb. I reported it on the 26 Feb. I logged it again on the 27 Feb. Once again, I had to do all tests as requested by them, but the Inverter was down since day one. At least they still got to send someone to check again. The Inverter was still not working. After following up every day, with empty promises to phone back, they only returned my calls twice with absolutely no value to add. No way forward, no dates to fix something. Then, in the mean time they are so nice to send a team to come and do routine maintenance on a broken system... Today (7 March) they phone me to say they will send me documents for the insurance. Still no estimate whatsoever as to when it will be fixed. BUT, amazingly, I have to pay the full monthly installment while they cannot be bothered to deliver their part of the deal?
After I have battle with Makro and Leroy Merlin with online orders, i just realised how spoiled I am with Takealot. Thank you for the great service, please continue.
I ordered online. Then the date keep on getting moved out for delivery. Then after I complain they say the one object is discontinued. Now I have ro wait 10 days for them to reverse the transaction or I have to drive to the store on my cost.
Fetching the car was a bit of a hassle, but the rest was great.
