We received the worst service from Best Safety Glass this past Saturday, We went to go and replace our windscreen, First of all, The fitter was working alone, We were there from 9am and only left 11:30 , They do not care about your car, If they do not let the item that they take out the windscreen with hit your car, Then they forget to place your license disc on the new windscreen, I left several messages for the Manager to phone me back, I also emailed her, Now the new issue is that the windscreen is not fittet properly , It sounds like it wants to crack on the left bottom side and the wind comes in, I have also reported this and guess what, They do not give a ****, They want to call me and say that , that is the reason why you must not take your car for a wash, The car still has their original tape on the windscreen and the hand marks of the fitter is still on the windscreen so how is this my problem, Maybe if the one fitter had help this would not have happened, I am still waiting for them to send out a fitter to my work for them to fix what they did not do, I did not ask them for a discount when I went to them, I paid for a Windscreen with a sensor but they take of your old sensor and place it on the windscreen, I am not happy with BSG Jet park at all, I want them to fix their ****ty job that was done. And maybe get a Manager that wants to provide customer service, Because the one that they have do not know how to use a phone and phone back a customer if they have a complaint and neither does the manager want to sort out problems, But still they get a manager salary but do not know how to manage

We as a family never had such bad service at a restuarant , We went to Barchellos in Norhmead at the Engen garage on Thursday at 11:15 , First of all, We waitied about 5min before someone came to the front to assist, Then all of a sudden a " Regular " customer came in, The person who was supposed to assist us first then went and assisted his Regular customer, Nevermind us that was there first, This is really BAD SERVICE, Well we just left and went to go and buy from Chicken Licken who did not mind helping us, I will not recommend anyone going to Barchellos in Northmead Benoni, You will not be be assisted if you are not a regular Customer , 2 5TH Avenue Northmead
I am so sick of Rain, Saturday morning our wifi went off, I called in and was speaking to a agent for over 20Min, He said he will get a technical team to contact me, Since today which is Tuesday no one ever bothered to contact me, Now this morning the f***** Wifi is off again , No network once again, I pay my wifi on the 1st of every single month, But I don't get the service I pay for, Let me guess there is going to be a excuse again, Well guess what I am sick of your excuse, Your app does not give you much help at all, Because when you lodge a network problem, They don't call you, I reseted my wifi over 50 times , Took out the sim card , Pluged out the power supply, Still not f***** network, I am going to look for another network provider which gives you a service

Rain is the worst internet / service provider ever, I will not recommend them to anyone, We are struggling for the past 4 days to connect to the internet, Not even on the 4G Network, I am going to cancel my service with them,They need to give me back my money which I paid for a service that I am not receiving, Please do not get Rain rather stick to a internet Provider that you can trust and that actually sorts out there problems

I am so frustrated with Hollard, They are really the most useless insurance cmpany there is, I am paying my insurance every single month without hessitation , and my premium is not cheap, First off all, I am paying a access waiver on both our cars for the last 10years, I want to send my car in for Scratch and dent and also for the back of the bakkie to be fixed because some Idiot drove into me, So here is my problem, I went to the panelbeaters to get a Quote, They Quoted me for all of the scratch and dent in 1 Quote , My broker informed me that I need to get all the Quotes seperatly, So I did that , So there are 4 different Quotes, Now I need to split the Quotes on Email as well and send the emails seperatly as well, Hollard just does not want to pay , I will never reccomend them to anyone, They are really useless, If I dont split the Quotes or Emails I will pay a access of R3000 , Why do I pay for ACCESS WAIVER EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS IF I STILL NEED TO PAY ACCESS, They are the most skelm people I have ever delt with, I WILL RATE THEM ZEOR STARS IF THERE WAS A OPTION LIKE THIS
Pet policy states that Puppies needs to be 8 weeks old, Vaccinated , date of birth needs to be supplied etc ... Now My babies are 8 weeks old date of birth was supplied , They are vet checked and received there injections , Dewormed ETC... But still they reject my advert and states that I am not following procedure / Rules , I placed my add now on a different website called Public adds , Guess what they have exactly the same rules and because my babies are 8 weeks old already they accepted my advert, Gumtree sucks, I was a Gumtree user for very long, But deleted the app now because they are really full of ****, Even if you stick to the rules they still reject your adds, I will never make use of Gumtree again and will rather inform everyone I know to start using publicadds.
