Please can someone get back to me i ordered a new KIC Freezer and was sent a secondhand one which was clearly used and nobody is responding to my messages when you phone they tell you to send a whatsapp but nobody reads the whatsapp
Rude service from the get go, when asked to pump one wheel the attendant storms off to do so, too lazy to find the the pressure valve he bends the wheel cover. When confronted about doing so he replies to then don't ask me to pump your tyre, and refuses to ever pump the cars wheels again.
Horrible service, openly laughing and mocking my company name apparently with some kind of inside joke at my expense, when you get to their sales counter you have to figure out who to go to as nobody says they can help, Paul Phiri was essentially an instigator as he actually came up to me and mocked my company name in my face, i have never had great service there but yesterday was the worst, i have never felt so humiliated by a company which i am repeat customer at in my life.

Driver will only be able to reattempt afte 5pm Regards, East Rand Operations Manager I have opened multiple tickets during the day advising the support that my parcel needs to be picked up today i advised YOUR driver that KQ8CCJ is not ready for pickup, 4 hours later i booked a takealot parcel 69SSNT/ TPO114026793 13:21 DRIVER was never here after the initial pickup for KQ8CCJ, Note was added by DEWALD for 69SSNT @ 13:30 failed collection attempt which is complete false as no driver was here to pickup at 13:30 TAKEALOT has a 3 DAY LEADTIME!!!! My usual driver valentine has never had a problem like this your other drivers are arrogant and lazy, i see your driver passing by my shop 4/5 times a day!!!
Good service and pricing, would have been excellent if there were card facilities.
