Bubblegum tablets

I'm really disappointed in this brand, I bought my daughter a tablet online cash!!! on their website and the tablet wasn't even a year old when it had problems, I emailed customer service the very sec and I didn't get a response, this was in 2023 I even DM them on Instagram and they still didn't even think to reply, I DM them again this year and still they didn't, you guys are really a bad service, I have proof of all my messages and proof of payment, to think my daughter didn't even enjoy that tablet and I didn't even get a refund.
