Bubblegum tablets
I'm really disappointed in this brand, I bought my daughter a tablet online cash!!! on their website and the tablet wasn't even a year old when it had problems, I emailed customer service the very sec and I didn't get a response, this was in 2023 I even DM them on Instagram and they still didn't even think to reply, I DM them again this year and still they didn't, you guys are really a bad service, I have proof of all my messages and proof of payment, to think my daughter didn't even enjoy that tablet and I didn't even get a refund.

Very poor service, I emailed you guys and no response to my email I even tried live chat and no hope there, you have wait for a hour or so. Our WiFi has been lagging for a whole week which has never happened, and I need you guys to come check what's happening, If I still get no response I will change my service to a better one.

Mr price click and collect
I'm really disappointed. I ordered two parcels onlinefor click and collect thinking it would be on time here. It stated between 4-6 working days and I still didn't receive anything yet. Called in regarding my issue but they can't tell me when it will get to store only to say courier has collected it. Come on guys I still didn't receive my SMS to collect an these items I need for a 60th on Monday the 16th December 2024. You guys really disappointed me here I was thinking that it will come on time. If I only knew. Plus it says I was supposed to get my parcel on the 11th and the other one the 12th already!

Uber eats
I'm really disappointed that I have to be in another area near me to use this app to deliver food for me,I heard so much great stuff about Uber eats but when I wanted to use it, it said that it's not available in my area. Why? But it's available in another area near me. Please sort your app out and make it possible for everyone to use it not just another area that's near me.

Really disappointed in their service. They let you stand in a long queue very the whole staff at the till but still work slow. I mean can their staff please work faster

Bad signal
I'm really disappointed in cell.c because when it's loadshedding you can't get calls in or out, don't get me started on data. I can't log in to anything even though I have data. Really bad because what if it's emergency? How do I make a call.
