Delivery

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service received from Buco in Montague Gardens, specifically regarding their delivery service. We were promised that our order would be delivered today. Based on this assurance, we arranged for installers to be on-site to fit the cupboards. These installers are charging us per hour, and we made these arrangements in good faith, trusting that the delivery would take place as agreed. However, after not receiving any update, we contacted Buco to follow up. We were then informed that the delivery would not be happening today. This was never communicated to us in advance. To make matters worse, the staff we spoke to were extremely rude and showed no regard for the inconvenience and financial impact this has caused us. As a result, we are now incurring unnecessary costs while our installers sit idle, due to Buka’s failure to deliver on their promise and lack of communication. This level of service is completely unacceptable. We expect accountability and an urgent resolution to this matter.
