If there is a minus 1,I would have rated the service from Budget, I’m disgusted, angry, annoyed, every ugly word you can think of I’m that today, my disappointment that I can’t even explain, I have been a loyal customer to budget for Years, and this is the service they give me, I wash my hands, I called a numerous times to inquire and do follow up on a claim that was submitted today at 12:30, till now have not received any communication, and in my numerous call, I’m being put from pillar to post, my car is not serviced, my child was stranded because did not have transportation to fetch him, Hyndai sent everything to you guys, no curtesy to give proper feedback, I have had Motor service plans with other companies, this is the first time , I regret the decision I made to move all my policies with budget, and they have lost a client, what annoys me the most, I was told not budget , but I went ahead with budget recruited people as well, I will be leaving budget just bare with me, while I sort my self out, I can’t have such service when I pay my money, in time with no issues, I guess this is the Thank you I get. The consultant I spoke to was checking and he went dead silent on me, did not even bother to call me, hence I have given my details
