If someone can ask me why i’m so loyal to this insurance company only God knows, but i guess is laziness, cos wow the service i’m receiving, and honestly i Give up, the history is so bad, The latest that’s yesterday issue i had needed road side assist, they gave me details for their services provider , phone on voice mail waited and waited, the i called 2 times spoke to different agents and both got my details and both times the call got cut, and non of them had call me back for feed back, until i remembered that i have 2 road side assist for this car, guess what they responded , 2 hours later they call me to tell me that the help is on the way, and i told them to get lost, tell me what i am paying for if u can’t give me service when i need you, and it’s the second time, not even once have i had a returned debit order, i’m not angry i’m livid. I just don’t know what to do at this post i have referred people to this insurance company, but i regret it because soon this will happen to them. I just need a day off to find an insurance that will appreciate and value me as a client, this is unacceptable
If there is a minus 1,I would have rated the service from Budget, I’m disgusted, angry, annoyed, every ugly word you can think of I’m that today, my disappointment that I can’t even explain, I have been a loyal customer to budget for Years, and this is the service they give me, I wash my hands, I called a numerous times to inquire and do follow up on a claim that was submitted today at 12:30, till now have not received any communication, and in my numerous call, I’m being put from pillar to post, my car is not serviced, my child was stranded because did not have transportation to fetch him, Hyndai sent everything to you guys, no curtesy to give proper feedback, I have had Motor service plans with other companies, this is the first time , I regret the decision I made to move all my policies with budget, and they have lost a client, what annoys me the most, I was told not budget , but I went ahead with budget recruited people as well, I will be leaving budget just bare with me, while I sort my self out, I can’t have such service when I pay my money, in time with no issues, I guess this is the Thank you I get. The consultant I spoke to was checking and he went dead silent on me, did not even bother to call me, hence I have given my details
I’m not sure what game Vodacom is playing, what security system do you guys use honestly, our identities have been ******, and for u guys you get excited that you making sales, on who’s expense, we get non stop call, telling us we are owing Vodacom, why was this not done before giving the *****’s the parcel that they have ordered in our name? Call and get confirmation? How did you get my number / the same system that gave you guys my number why was it not used, to prevent all this ***** from happening? I will tell you why, because you don’t care about other people, but your sales target, and not thinking you r ruining others peoples lives, you will claim from the insurance, sale the debt to the attorneys , this is becoming pathetic, and please update your weak systems that the ***** team is handling the matter, as I’m tired explaining everyday need to find ways and strategies how to prevent this thing.

I’m so annoyed, I have never received such service from , ordering a Pizza I order a pizza at 7 till now it’s 20:54 have not yet received my order, they can shove their pizza they can Go to hell, and did not prepare supper @ New Germany nonsense’s of a place, no explanation what so ever yessss, will never order from there ever again
I’m so disappointed at the service I’m getting from absa, it’s ridiculous honestly, at first was assisted by this lady , who got me excited, wanting to hear the end and how much I will be paying, this was Saturday around 10:15 or so , and this is a quote I’m talking about, till today I’m not sure weather to look else where for the cover, and what’s more annoying is that I will be called by different people, saying they will call back coz I refuse to start the whole process again, and the story we tried calling you, but no one called and I spoke to, I always have my phone in my hand , I need the lady I spoke to on Saturday to call me, with no luck I wish there was a number to call her directly on, as we almost finished with the quote, please advise if you don’t need my change I will find other companies to help.so I can forget and get over the excitement
If only there is a half a star, I have never been this angry yerrrr, I placed an order this Superbalist last week, astimated date to collect was the 6th, and went to takealot here in New Germany/Pinetown, to collect on the 7th I was told my order is there but only 1 order is missing, it will arrive that day of which it was Tuesday, left the, sent an email to Superbalist was assisted by a Lady called Nadine, thought she knew what she is talking about, I waited because she told me I must wait, then today I’m receiving an email saying my order has been cancelled my money will be refunded because I did not collect my order, rubbish and in calculating it’s not 6days as yet, went in there today again with my petrol, I was told I can not be given my parcel coz it’s cancelled I want my money today not in 5days I’m am fuming with anger right now, I will never ever shop from them and I will tell every1 I know that they r Not are right, period
I'm so tired of your systems Honestly, every month I'm getting sms that my policy is not paid, today i am receiving that my policy have lapsed, how is that so when I have a debit order,and my debit order go off every monthly with no fail, mybe you don't understand how stressful it is, in fact it's annoying, with no apology, looking like an idiot have to live what im doing drive to your offices, to be told its the system, nonsense, please sort out this part of your service, it's not pleasant at all. I never used to get sms like this when i made payment my self. I am so irritated.
The best service, team work in this place is outstanding, top manangement skills well done, and thank you for making our Anniversary a memorably one, great evening, you deserve more then 5 stars. Lastly thanks to Freddy our waiter on the night, great service.
Im starting to believe what people are saying about all life, they say they have low premiums haaibo R1900 for a life cover, who in their right mind would agree to this,for people who earn less and bread winners expected to pay so much, and who said people with hiv/diabetes die early then any other person, people with Hiv /diabetes leaving a very health life, why are they being barried alive with so much premiums haaibo, if only you had competition haai this is day light robbery, on TV they say cheap and affordable premiums for who a person earning a lot of money who does not know what to do with their moneys. This is insane, almost fall of my chair when i head the premiums you dont deserve even a star
