I was here from the 23rd to 25 of September. What a waist, there was rising damp in the shower, a cold water tap on the basin, TV only hade 4 channels, cutlery was in poor state we were to scared to use it and we got over charged. Plus we hade to pay R600 for the cleaning for the week althou we stayed only for the weekend. Sory but I won't be back here ever again

Good day, On Monday 2 May 2016, a couple of friends and myself ventured to Buena Vista Stellenbosch, despite having received good service in prior visits, this time around was this extreme opposite. We waited no less than an hour for our food to be served, our waitress simply absconded and we were left with no service at all. A different waitress then attended to us to relieve the situation from escalating as frustration started to build up amongst the whole table. Furthermore when our food eventually arrived and we asked the waitress to explain the extreme delay, she simply just responded by saying she does not work in the kitchen. No sincerity was shown for the poor service and despite the whole delay not one apology was made by the waitress. I do have to add that after taking this matter up with the manager she showed great remorse and apologized sincerely, however the service and the attitude of the waitress attending to us at Buena Vista Stellenbosch was disgusting to say the least.

Good Evening<br> <br> I am very upset to report very unprofessional service from your doorman/bouncer last night around 7pm. <br> <br> I was at the door inquiring about your establishment, menu events etc with a waiter as part of my job is to entertain clients, the waiter got called off to seat a new table i was happy to wait for him as the info he was giving me was very intriguing. While he was away this big Ogre shouted at me to go away and stop disturbing the waiters from doing their job.<br> <br> I was very offended and we got into a very heated argument, i was explaining to him that he should change his tone when addressing strangers/clients, he was more interested in removing his jacket and getting in my face wanting to get physical with me. The waiter had to intervene.<br> <br> I am not sure what his exact job description is, but if this is how your establishment or staff treat random walk in guests then i will definitely take to social media to spread the word to everyone i know not to come there. I am very upset and have never been treated with such disrespect.

arrived took our seats ordered our drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive tequila was warm should be in the fridge placed our food order waited a hour for the food to arrive to find the food they brought is not what we ordered asked for the bill waited for another 30 minutes for the bill to come only to realize there was stuff on our bill that we never had not a appoligy from management or staff we even told people who sat down how shit the service is and then left and will continue doing so never had such pathetic service and unprofessional client service in my life so pls to the owner of this place pls open ur eyes because who ever runs your place is going to ruin it for you

From the start it was bad - Waitress ASCENSIA : (AKA Acting Manager) <br> <br> 1:Drinks were late incl red wine for table(4 adults - 2 kids) just pours the wine - every glass filled not check if off if i like nothing. I wasn't even offered st!<br> 2:meal for youngest child had to keep asking for with no apology<br> 3:Mains: Huge mess up!! can it really get this BAD!! it was.!<br> 4: Untrained staff : Waiter brings the food to our table didn't know what the food was or to whom it went. then why even come to the table!! <br> m/rare Steak Cubano \aged"was well done and tough.<br> The chicken Diablos was dead as was the beef Bourguignon no flavour at all... dead. <br> The chicken Hongios -chicken in wine and mushroom. tasted like checkers chicken knorr sauce. R36..worth. <br> The 7 Tiger Prawns. Pan fried in lemon butter. oh no..KIA..Dead black burnt"

I usually have the seafood paella at Buena Vista, which is amazing! My husband and I went for lunch yesterday at the Buena Vista in Big Bay. I had my usual and took some left overs to work today. To my horror I discovered a piece of crabstick still wrapped in it's plastic wrapping! Soooooo grooooossssss, totally put me off! Don't know if we will return again, which is sad because we usually have great food and service there. Ag sies man!

I usually have the seafood paella at Buena Vista, which is amazing! My husband and I went for lunch yesterday at the Buena Vista in Big Bay. I had my usual and took some left overs to work today. My friends and I had a group booking for 19:39 on Friday night. There was an incredible mix up and our booking was apparently cancelled (We are still to find out by whom). After making a plan to set our group up at a table we waited at least half an hour before ANYONE came to ask for our drinks order at least.In the interim I ordered my drink from the bar. The was ONE waiter for our group of about 20 people and the rest of the people on that side of the venue. A group of friends joined us at least 15 minutes later and they received their drinks before ours! Our food order took EVEN longer as the friends that joined us later had FINISHED their meal before we RECEIVED ours. This was my friend's birthday and we did not want to spoil it by complaining to management on the night and therefore i am laying this complain now! I am a regular patron of Buena Vista and am very unhappy with the service received. This has caused me to lose faith in the service and also doubt whether I should continue bringing groups of friends to your establishment! I am utterly disappointed.
