A few months ago I moved out of the place where I live in BCM and had to pay an upfront deposit for a rates clearance certificate of little more than 10K, which are to be refunded after my account have been closed . Everything required were supp**** to them. Them being one Florence Pillay and Vuyokazi Yako who are working with these matters. After little more than 2 months, and having seen on their site that I my account no longer existed, I contacted them requesting progress, just in case there something else required. There were no response. I lodged a complaint at the customer care department with one Me Dungu with exactly the same result. This give one an idea why the aforementioned employees can provide the "service" in the manner they do. I have in fact seen a review where one Vuyokazi was mentioned for the very same thing. I hope this get to the attention of relevant who will attend to it, but if not this will provide additional record of my efforts which will hopefully assist me to claim interests and costs.
