The worse customer service ever!!!! i placed a order on the 25th February with Shein, the 3rd March it shows arrived at Cape Town DC. EVER SINCE, I AM STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER. Been calling, whatsup, emails every single day, all day but staff dont know what they doing. i had Wonga screaming at me.... ''YOU MUST JUST WAIT'' by today since last week i am dealing with the manager... stil no help. christine is saying my parcel is lost but not sure, then they saying they handed it over to COUIER IT which i can confirm they dont have it. its clothing for Eid.The runarounds they give=ing me is absolutely shocking AND THE SAD PART IS I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL AND ITS EID CLOTHING and the staff just dont care
