Scam Artists - Stay Away!
Unfortunately I've not had a great experience with Bug Us. They were very quick to call after my enquiry and got their team out the next day. But one of the services I needed was parasite control and a few days after they were there, there was still a problem. Attempts to make contact with them have been futile. They promise a 3-4 week follow up with a 3 month guarantee, but once payment was made, they just disappeared! Based on my experience, they are scam artists. They even fabricated an email to make it look like they've made contact with me. Please do not risk losing your hard earned money.
