Bugz world is a disgrace! My child went on a school trip to Bugz world. They get there and are told the kids is not allowed in the water activities! Why offer school packages if the kids can't play by water activities. They a ****. Just taking children money. Enough supervises were with the school. So they can't say it's for precaution reason.

Not impressed that parents or adults have to pay an entrance fee aswell,when all you do is sit around and watch your kids,can't take part of anything...parents are going to spend money on food on the inside anyway,don't see why parents must pay entrance,it's robbery.

I would just like to commend Bugz Playpark and all the staff for the amazing experience this past weekend! They hosted my daughters 2nd birthday party and I could not have chosen a better venue! Thanks Guys! Keep up the good work!

<p>On sat 20 Aug 2016 my parents and I took my twins to bugz for the day , my husband and I went in with the kids as my parents went to the cape garden centre 1st ,when they got the pay point at Bugz the lady at the till asked my Dad if it's for him and his mom? my mom was furious and asked her if she is insulting my mom as she can see my mom is not an elderly lady, she never apologised and went on charging pensioners rate for my mom which was a slap in the face and said you must take the discount if you get it, because my mom is not one for confrontation she just walked away, when she saw me she informed me of what happened I was so angry and was ready to give that lady a bit of my thoughts on it all,but my mom stopped me, we ended up only staying for an hour as my mom was angry and the time there was unpleasant as my mom kept speaking about it and I could see she felt embaressed, I ended paying R340 for my husband and my kids and I only spend an hour there because some staff member decided to make an insulting comment, I will never bring my kids there again as this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, the staff member was a lady, black hair shoulder length ,dark of complexion with a nose ring in the left nostril , I am disgusted at the service I received and have changed my mind about giving my kids Bday party at bugz or advising any friends and family members to go to Bugz in future , I would like to know what will be done to rectify this situation, as a few days on and my mom still speaks about it.</p>

I decided to host my almost 2 year old's birthday at Bugz this year. After requesting a quote online I requested 2 changes to be made and was then asked to pay the deposited (non refundable of course). A couple of months later I go to see them to discuss everything and noticed the one chage was still not made. I requested a Barney party but they selected Dora, why I would not know. I was only then told they don't have a Barney theme. I had to change the theme but was not happy. I then emailed for a week and a half without any response. Finally after receiving a response I asked if it is possible that I can bring all the decor to host the party my little girl would enjoy and was told sure, but you will pay ex amount for each cup, plate, etc that you bring in. REALLY??? I was not informed that they don't have a Barney theme up until I met with them. I cancelled the party, forfeiting my deposit. What upsets me is that I included the manager Yolanda in my email but do you think that I have heard anything back from them??? Not even a thank you for scoring R 1000??? Off course they will fill the spot as the party is only in 2 and a half months! Will never set foot there!
