I went in with a problem totally unrelated to their business. Herbert went out of his way to help me and to solve the problem. All the staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you, again.

The cost for 20 L of Polvin PVA is R1500 at Build Plumb and Tile and Jacks - while at Rouberto less than 4km away it is R860. How can there be such a mark up !! When I tried to return the unopened , BPT insisted on the cash slip, even though the sticker on the can and on the Credit Card statement clearly says Build Plumb and Tile. This is a ver ypoor attitude.

I bought some steel and aluminium from the Blackheath Build, Plumb and Tile and was treated with such a bad attitude by the store manager, Gordon Phillips. Not only did he insist on charging the full price for off-cuts (which I accepted due to the convenient location of the store), he then proceeded to argue with me and insisted I was incorrect in my assumptions of their high prices (which I have compared to other suppliers). What ever happened to treating your customers with respect? Even though the store helper who assisted me was helpful, I will not be supporting such a rude manager anymore, and will follow the advice of his to take my business elsewhere.
