I checked my \recharge and get offers\" this morning, which stated I would get R75 extra airtime to use for today if i recharged with R15 or more, which I did. I have still not received the extra airtime, and when i check the recharge page now, it says \"amount left to recharge R15\". This is not the first time this has happened. Trying to get a response from a \"customer care\" consultant is also much more difficult than they make it out to be online. <br> <br> This seems to be a scam to coax customers into buying more airtime with the promise of reward, which never materializes."
I bought some steel and aluminium from the Blackheath Build, Plumb and Tile and was treated with such a bad attitude by the store manager, Gordon Phillips. Not only did he insist on charging the full price for off-cuts (which I accepted due to the convenient location of the store), he then proceeded to argue with me and insisted I was incorrect in my assumptions of their high prices (which I have compared to other suppliers). What ever happened to treating your customers with respect? Even though the store helper who assisted me was helpful, I will not be supporting such a rude manager anymore, and will follow the advice of his to take my business elsewhere.
I recently opened a fixed deposit account with Standard Bank, only to have the amount I invested being deducted 8 times from current account instead of once, leaving my account in the negative and my card and account unusable.
