POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUILD RITE MTHATHA INDUSTRIAL AREA

On 26 September 2025, I went to Build rite hardware in Mthatha industrial area. Everyone there was minding his or her own business no one to assist me. Until a certain cashier attempted to assist. The Manager himself was to busy despite requesting to speak to him. Customer Care Training is needed. Customer service is very important and I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers don't experience the same frustration.
