Reject doors that lead to the unhappiness the store doesn't want to help me

I bought 4 aluminium doors on the 21/10/25 at buildrite Umlazi branch . Only installed this doors on the 21/12/25 , on the 22 one door just cracked after it was hot. I've notify the store but I was told that the head office refuse to change the door because 7 days has pass .
