It's been a long and unproductive wait—112 days with no clear resolution in sight. We've been told that the mainboard of our Ultimaker 3 Extended needs replacing, yet the process drags on. Despite assurances rom Ultimaker that the part is in stock in the Netherlands and could be airfreighted within a maximum of seven days, progress remains stalled. This level of service is profoundly disappointing, especially given the high cost of the machine.
