5 Months for a refund?. Honestly ***!
I placed an Order for numerous rolls of filament. They were short x1 roll, which i sent an email and adjusted purchase order to cancel the missing roll, as the lead time was too long, but i had unfortunately paid EFT already.. I requested a refund on 20 January... I've been struggling for months to get the money refunded in my account. All the information required by them was sent to them within minutes, but all I hear is that the request was forwarded for refund. Eventually after numerous emails from me and ugly phone calls, i was refunded on 5 June... Absolutely disgusting, I would recommend to stay far away from these clowns....

Buildvolume dragging their feet with refunds
I placed an incorrect order, and cancelled before the order was dispatched. I've been struggling for 4 weeks to get the money refunded in my account. All the information required by them was sent to them within minutes, but all I hear is that the request was forwarded for refund.

BEST 3D SHOP IN AFRICA
BuildVolume is definitely the best 3d shop in Africa. Even the CEO of the company Don will talk to the customers not like other companies that you only here about the CEO. Leon, Quenton and all the staff make you feel special and will always go the extra mile to help. Thanks guys

BEST 3D SHOP IN AFRICA
BuildVolume is definitely the best 3d shop in Africa. Even the CEO of the company Don will talk to the customers not like other companies that you only here about the CEO. Leon, Quenton and all the staff make you feel special and will always go the extra mile to help. Thanks guys

BEST SERVICE EVER
All 3d printer friend's, if you ever need anything to help with your printing experience Buildvolume is the place to go. The service you get is unheard of in South Africa, even the CEO of the company Don Vermeulen will call you personally to find out if everything is OK, then there is Quinton in admin that will go out of his way to help, so is all the staff at Buildvolume, I have never experienced such fantastic service in my life.
