Second heat pump and ****. Not even technician can fix the E03 error. Their warrantee is not as they advertise.

One star is not good enough. I also see no replies from them, that is how *********** they are. Got a water bill, in 11 days I used 650 000 litres of water but I have a bore hole.

Reporting Fraud
Fraud line. Was held up on the phone for 30 minutes. Pathetic. Gave up on them. Need to reverse an online payment but waiting now for 30 min till my line was cut.

Used to be good insurance but now very bad!
Changed last year to outsurance and the worst experience to date. 10 days with water leak and still waiting for Drm Projects to arrive. Phone on hold and back and forth. Water now leaking for 2 weeks.

Dell bad service
Waiting for repair of monitor now for a month with 5 x empty promises. No parts, cannot replace, promise to resolve. NOTHING YET!!!

No Service
It is appalling that when your generator breaks down still under warranty, that these companies does not have rentals or pick up and delivery services. I bought a gripp generator only 4 months ago and now it gives trouble. Desperate need during load shedding and I am told that it will take a couple of days to fix leaving me in the dark once again.
