5 Months for a refund?. Honestly ***!

I placed an Order for numerous rolls of filament. They were short x1 roll, which i sent an email and adjusted purchase order to cancel the missing roll, as the lead time was too long, but i had unfortunately paid EFT already.. I requested a refund on 20 January... I've been struggling for months to get the money refunded in my account. All the information required by them was sent to them within minutes, but all I hear is that the request was forwarded for refund. Eventually after numerous emails from me and ugly phone calls, i was refunded on 5 June... Absolutely disgusting, I would recommend to stay far away from these clowns....
