Horrible service, no call backs, no technicians available

I have been with Bull security in Pretoria East for just over a year. My alarm doesn't want to active and I reported it over 3 days ago. Firstly I had to phone 4 times for them to respond to the alarm not working the day it started giving problems (every time it's the story of someone will phone me back and then they never do), eventually the technician came out later that day, charging me a call out fee, only for the alarm to not work later that evening. After phoning and reporting this a few times throughout the next few days, nobody caring that I have zero security, live alone and really depend on this security, they finally reached out and said they are fully booked and can only help me 2 days later.

Mys safety is 100% not a priority to them, me phoning them for an entire weekend asking for assistance doesn't matter. I have to beg for assistance, beg for a repair booking. They are booking a 4 hour service and only have 1 person who they report to who makes all the decisions regarding this, meaning of he is not at work, nothing can get done or approved and nobody can tell you how much it'll cost. If you are a woman living by yourself - don't get Bull security. They have no issue charging you call out fees, don't care about returning any calls, but loves taking your money every month and treating you as if your safety is not a big deal.
