After my parents have been loyal customers to this company for if not more than 4 years there has always been a problem with the wifi. If its not the "frequency" from a tower it's because they are upgrading. My parents recently relocated to Portugal and out of decency I took over the wifi to prevent Bulldog from losing a client. Not only was there communicated that there will be no charge to move the antenna which I now have to pay off but I am also now paying for a 12mb line (R850pm) and unfortunately only receiving this service if lucky a half a day in a week. After numerous phone calls and callouts (1 month) the problem still hasn't been solved. I hope that no one has to go through the frustration what I am going through as this is ridiculous.
