Great service, always willing to help, do calls afterwards to hear if everything is still fine, friendly and professional staff. If any problems with outages, customers are always informed, and problems are resolved quickly.

I am a client at bulldog broadbrand in ermelo. I struggle with my wifi signal and if i try to get some answers no one answer. If i call no one answer. You know i am a paying customer so what now. If you don't help your clients you wil lose paying clients. WHY MUST I PAY IF I DON'T GET SERVICE. VERY BAD SERVICE. THE PEOPLE AT BULLDOG BROADBRAND JUST KNOW YOU WHEN YOU OWE THEM MONEY OR THEY HEAR YOU HAVE MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE THEY IGNORE YOU

I am a client at bulldog broadbrand in ermelo. I struggle with my wifi signal and if i try to get some answers no one answer. If i call no one answer. You know i am a paying customer so what now. After my parents have been loyal customers to this company for if not more than 4 years there has always been a problem with the wifi. If its not the "frequency" from a tower it's because they are upgrading. My parents recently relocated to Portugal and out of decency I took over the wifi to prevent Bulldog from losing a client. Not only was there communicated that there will be no charge to move the antenna which I now have to pay off but I am also now paying for a 12mb line (R850pm) and unfortunately only receiving this service if lucky a half a day in a week. After numerous phone calls and callouts (1 month) the problem still hasn't been solved. I hope that no one has to go through the frustration what I am going through as this is ridiculous.

I have fibre internet with them and every weekend it is useless. Why pay for weekends when you kan barely use the internet. Frogfoot fiber goes well for 10min at a time and is down for half an hour to an hour. Then works again for 10 min. I have i 30 meg line and never gets 20meg. What do I pay for????

Bulldog broadband Ermelo very bad service. I have a 50meg fibre line uncaped unshaped and unthrottled but only get 1.5 meg. I phoned the owner two weeks ago and he said that he wil contact frogfoot to gome and have a look the following day. Two weeks have past with no luck getting hold of him.finely got of one of them. He came and did a speed test and also got 1.5 mps so he called frogfoot and thy said thy will come and have a look the following day. No one came, and i'm still strugling. I will not recoment them for a service provider

Our Wireless internet in West Acres, Nelspruit. The internet line is highly variable, the 4mb download line one pays for is rarely attained. Mostly we only get a kb rating if we do a line speed test. Its more luck of the draw as in if the line will work. We have been highlighting this to the Bulldog for nearly 3 months, they dont call back or adress the issue. They are however very attentive in sending you request for monthly payments.

<p>Bulldog Broadband in Nelspruit has great, personal service. The internet connectivity was mostly acceptable but as can be expected with any ISP there were times with slow speed. Overall 4/5 for service and internet reliability. Well done guys!</p>
