Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Bulls Removals *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I had a situation , and Bulls Transport gave me a better price only to find out about other reviews the price change, the items get damaged. I asked the Owner Manager I need assistance on the road because I a woman and child alone, only to find out, they will pick up my stuff wich is risky then a full load I think springbok, and then I must hope they pass for me to have assitance on the road. Wich will not happen . Sorry Bulls Transport I thought this was a good reliable affordable transaction . Regards Chantelle kieser

Moved from Durban to Cape Town on 9 January 2023. Bulls Transport incorrectly invoiced me for services not offered, and excluded an interim payment of R3000 made previously. This resulted in Bulls Transport owing me approximately R3 800. It is now almost 2 months and Paul consistently ignores my emails and telephone calls. Based on the amount that my final bill came to I could just as well have taken Pickfords who gave me excellent service previously. The standard of service is extremely poor and I wouldn't suggest any one waste their time with this company.

Guys do not use this removal company at all, Reason you get most of your things broken and missing and They are very dishonest. They quote a price then once you pay demand additional money or threaten not to deliver your goods. Delivery date is never what they say 7 to 10days later /paper work is for 2diffrent companies Thier staff are rude To not comply with any terms and conditions as per Thier documents

This pertains to Adrem Transport (Addy Ithiels) as well as Bull Removals and Excuss Logistics and Transport (both Paul Thompson) I requested quotes to move my household contents from Jhb to Cape Town from several companies. Adrem Transport was the most cost effective and I requested two contactable references which I was provided and contacted before accepting the quote. Addy came to my house no less than on 5 separate occasions after the initial quote done by a subordinate of his to review the contents as well as to collect items I was dispensing of ahead of the move which I gave to him to either sell or to donate free of charge. Each time I asked whether he was 100% sure that the truck (8-ton included in the quote) would be big enough and each time he assured me it would. As part of the quote, I was also promised that: a) I would not be sharing the truck with any other party i.e. it would be for my exclusive use from my home in Jhb to the storage location in Cape Town b) that the truck would leave on the day that I moved out and be in Cape Town the day after I had arrived i.e. my goods would not be handled or stored in between c) that Addy would personally help drive the truck down the Cpt d) that couches and lounge suites would be wrapped in special covers and that all other items covered/protected and e) that the truck and the staff driving and loading and offloading worked directly for him and his company. Seemed simple and painless enough right? WRONG!!!! The wheels came off in a major way… The quote also included the supply of moving materials. I only got one roll of bubble wrap and 5 small boxes and a couple of rolls of tape, I ordered and supplied everything else myself at an additional cost of R6K. I paid the 50% deposit into the company specific account ahead of the actual moving date as requested and moving day arrived. The truck was a 5-ton and not an 8-ton truck and part of my load was left behind in the Jhb rental home until Addy could make arrangements for it to be collected and for the second load to follow the first to Cpt. On the day of the move Addy advised that he would no longer be driving down with the truck but that he trusted his staff and I would be kept abreast of progress throughout the move – never happened. I got to Cpt on the 16th December 2019 expecting the first load to arrive on the 17th in the afternoon but heard nothing. On the 18th when I enquired where the truck was, I was told that it takes longer to come down and I should be patient… I then received a call from a representative of a company called Bull Removals saying that the truck had been impounded en route to Cpt and that I needed to pay the balance into a different account. Who the hell were Bull???!!! I told them I had paid the deposit to Addy, that my contract was with Adrem and not Bulls and I would not pay the balance until my goods arrived at the storage location. Turns out (after much toing and froing and lies and coverups and smoke and mirrors) that Addy had subcontracted my move out to Bulls without my prior knowledge nor consent. Then the next story to immerge (after I cut Addy out of the loop as he was refusing to return calls or messages), is that the load had never even left Jhb and was in the Bulls storage location and that Addy had not paid them their cut of the deposit and that they were holding my goods ransom despite there being no contract in place between them and me. Nobody could tell me where my second load was. Bulls then contacted Addy and the second load was then collected from him by Bulls and put into storage so that both loads could come down in one truck. First load finally arrived at the storage location on 1st January 2020 and the 2nd on the 6th January 2020. The trucks were old and ill maintained and had the Excuss logo on them. All my boxes were dishevelled from having been handled so many times and had holes in them and tape pealing off. ALL my furniture was damaged, and I received a quotation of just under R15K to refurbish it all which I was asked to forward onto Bulls to no avail. The paperwork I signed at the storage location to acknowledge receipt of the loads were in the name of Excuss and not Bulls. I did make notes of the apparent damages on both documents. One dining room chair was beyond repair and needs to be replaced but I cannot find the same one in stock anywhere and I was forced to purchase a new bed (the broken one was brand new too) for R10K. My lounge suite and brand new mattresses had to be steamed cleaned for R1K because not protective covers were used on them and no blankets on ANYTHING else. After unpacking my boxes, there were many breakages and I would estimate a replacement cost of R5K for those. Some were unique once off and sentimental items I cannot replace. Adrem blamed Bulls and Bulls blamed Adrem and the lies were unbelievable, a real good cop bad cop on both sides situation. Adrem refuses to respond to any forms of communication since the first load was delivered. Addy is absolute spineless liar and coward of note who claims to be a man of God who lives by a high moral and ethical code. Don’t be fooled by his kind, gentle and earnest manner. Bulls and Excuss are affiliated entities and have so many bad reviews on Hello Peter and elsewhere that it is not even funny. If I had only known about the subcontracting, I would never have allowed for it to take place. Paul from Bulls/Excuss has not even bothered to contact me back to discuss the claim for damages and I doubt he ever will as all he wanted was for me to pay the balance due upon delivery of the loads in Cpt. He didn’t care what damages were incurred nor about the deep seated emotional and physical stress I endured. All my conversations with both parties were recorded and I am happy to share them should proof be required. Also note that they use their family and friends to write positive reviews on Hello Peter to offset the negative ones. They are all false/planted reviews made by a new user/s who have never had a profile until the day they actually logged the glowing review. Despicable gangsters/*********s disguised as an honest and high quality delivery establishment who will export money from people at any cost and hold your belonging ransom. Spread the word far and wide, don’t use any of these people under any circumstances!!!!

After paying a deposit and then having to cancel the service a couple of hours later for unforeseen circumstances, they were not willing to repay the deposit. They also did not send any terms and conditions through. The blame is on me for not being more aware beforehand of this but perhaps it will help someone else not falling into this trap. I'm glad I had a reason to cancel and only lost my deposit, could have been all my household contents had I used them further.

I contracted these guys to move my furniture from Pretoria to George. The date of the move was the 26th November. I paid them the deposit as required and gave 1 months notice to the storage facility as required, flew to Jhb, everything as arranged. On the 26th they turned up with a little bantam bakkie and said they just wanted make sure everything was packed and bubble wrapped properly whilst we waited for the truck. The truck never arrived. For more than a week these scammers promised me daily that it would happen today, then the next, then the next, etc. Needless to say you can never get your deposit back. The storage facility had already rented out my store room to another client and I was in the end forced to pay them an extra R1610 for another month. Stay away people, they also use the name EXCUSS Logistics/Transport and probably 1 or 2 other names.
