Placed an online order on Saturday 11:30 for same day delivery to a colleague when her dad passed away. Kimberleigh sent me an email half an hour later to ask whether they could replace some flowers in the arrangement I had ordered that weren't in stock and reminded me that she could send a card with the flowers if I would just tell her what it should say. The flowers were delivered within an hour after my conversation with Kimberleigh - only 2 hours after placing the order. That is excellent service worth commending! Thank you Kimberleigh
