Poor Service at Bunches for Africa Kempton Park - A Memorable Moment Lost
Bunches for Africa Kempton Park Absolutely pathetic service! Flowers arrives a day late The short message on the card. Empty. Recipient's name spelled incorrectly. Thanks for ******ing up something special Flabbergasted at the deplorable service.

Fantastic service from Bunches for Africa!
This review is specifically for Bunches for Africa in Cape Town (Kuils River). I ordered flowers on-line at Bunches for Africa (Kuils River) and the payment process was effortless. It states on the website that flowers are delivered the next day. I took a chance and asked whether it was possible to do a same-day delivery. They did exactly that and delivered fantastic flowers, throughout communicating to me about its delivery. Well done Bunches for Africa, you never disappoint. Thank you for caring enough and making every client feel special!

Placed an online order on Saturday 11:30 for same day delivery to a colleague when her dad passed away. Kimberleigh sent me an email half an hour later to ask whether they could replace some flowers in the arrangement I had ordered that weren't in stock and reminded me that she could send a card with the flowers if I would just tell her what it should say. The flowers were delivered within an hour after my conversation with Kimberleigh - only 2 hours after placing the order. That is excellent service worth commending! Thank you Kimberleigh

I had 37 balloons blown up today at the last minute but the assistant was phenominal! Super friendly, helpful and overall delightful. She made a stressful situation transition to ease.... THANK YOU LADY YOU MADE MY DAY!

SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY!
On 5/9/2015 I ordered 40 large Gerbera flowers to be individually wrapped in cellophane with an orange ribbon ready for 3/10/2015. I paid for the order that same day. On Saturday 3/10/2015 at around 10h30 am I attended at Bunches for Africa to collect my order. To my disappointment my order was not ready. I was left standing in the shop for 15 minutes whilst the staff ran around before somebody came to me. I then said \my order isn't ready is it?". I was then told that they would prepare the order. I said that I wanted it delivered as I could not wait and could not come back to fetch it. I gave address details & left. The flowers were delivered but I was not there to take delivery so couldn't check them. On arrival at home I was again disappointed as the flowers were NOT what I ordered and paid for. The Gerberas were not large but small and they were not individually wrapped. A ribbon was merely tied around the stem. I phoned Bunches for Africa to voice my dissatisfaction but they had already closed. I phoned this morning to voice my dissatisfaction only to be told that the Manager isn't available. I have used Bunches for Africa for many years but this was definitely the last."""
