Hello, Long story short, I am missing my toolset utensils, I only received the wooden rack? Spoke to lady from Blairgowrie Cash Converters, who said she personally packed the toolset inside the rack with bubble wrap, Juanita du Toit, my office administrator accepted the package and left it for me in my kitchen, opened the bubble wrap when I came back from a meeting, no utensils... The lady from Blairgowrie said she will provide CCTV where it was packed in Where are my utensils?
Absolutely pathetic service. Been a client of Absa for decades. Private banking. Bond originator submitted application on the 13th of Feb. Up to now it is apparently in some compliance department... Why can Nedbank. FNB and Standard bank already send though 100% approvals but my own bank is dragging feet?
Love Builders, especially the one in Boksburg, it is typically a great experience, friendly and helpful service. Got the best service ever today as well, especially from a guy at Plumbing, top notch fellow, but these pestering RCS Store credit card people is so annoying, they are really persistent and don't allow you to talk to the Builders expert to assist you, I encountered 3 pushy credit "selling" people, really annoying
Asked the lady I want to add YouTube premium to be added as a line item on my bill and not to deduct from my anytime airtime. She confirmed and directed me. True and behold what happens... It gets deducted from my anytime airtime. How pathetic are the so called customer care... They don't even know their own products.... I have a voice recording readily available...
Updated my rating, originally I gave Metropolitan Life, 1 Star, my case was assigned to Aletta Clarence, her interaction was courteous, transparent and informative, long story short she kept me up to date with the progress and it was resolved very fast. Highly appreciate her assistance with my original rating
My mom passed away 2 March 2025, with all the sadness and confusion and struggling to get a letter from the Master of the court as well as passwords and access to my mom's emails and phone, I sent a mail to Vodacom explaining that I would like to keep the number or get it moved over to prepaid, I made a payment of to the amount of just over R300, to my shock when I tried to pay the account for the month of July, the number was deactivated and apparently no longer exists.... Phoning Vodacom, they just migrated the number over to prepaid, when I asked why didn't we get the Anytime airtime and Vodabucks, for the months in arrears, complete radio silence. So basically I paid over R300 for nothing !!

"I am quite flabbergasted at the request, no formal communication was sent to my mother's email stating that there was an amount due... In fact I was informed by the funeral parlour that I should phone a 086 number, which I did. When I phoned your company, you didn't even wanted to divulge the amount due to Popi and not having a letter of authority.... Got a letter of authority eventually, now, I have to go again to the master of the court for an amendment after waiting months?

Week 41, and my mother was supposed to be refunded on week 37 already, zero communication!!!
Pity can't give zero stars, struggling now for a month to get my promised credit back, from an useless 3rd party Vodacom uses to manage their cancelations and retentions called ignition Cx , apparently the refund is waiting vetting from week 47, we are now in week 42
