READ THIS BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICE. When Pudo works, it works. But the minute you need some support, be prepared to pull your hair out. They have a WhatsApp support line, but you will have to wait literally hours to get a response. By the time you get some help, your locker or pin would have expired, and you'd be left even more frustrated. When you eventually do get a response, it will probably be unrelated to your issue (as if they didn't even read your query). You would have to explain about 2-3 times what the problem is. By this time, you would vow not use PUDO ever again. Similarly, if you open a ticket, the agent who eventually picks it up, will make you question how they even got the job in the first place. If you try opening a chat via The Courier Guy website, they will take forever to respond, and you will eventually get ignored. Keep your fingers crossed when making use of their service because should something go wrong, you'd consider handing them your 2-year old toddler to show them how it's done. I really hope this review reaches their complaints department, if they even have one.
Fix your tracking information! The most unreliable tracking info ever! Parcels are "Out for delivery" and then suddenly expired and need to be returned to hub. The tracking info sometimes doesn't show that it's in a locker and sometimes recipients don't even receive any notifications! This results in extra work for both the sender, receiver and the couriers! Such a great concept Such poor execution!
I had no internet connection for 5 days, and Afrihost refuses to refund me for that period. I had followed up every single day and each time I was told that the matter was "escalated". When I asked for a refund, they simply said they cannot refund me as the issue resulted over loadshedding. Yes, I may have been loadshedded (which is outside of my control by the way), but it was for 2 hours, not 5 DAYS. Will definitely be taking this up further. Load shedding is not a new thing, why have they not put measures in place to deal with this in a timely fashion, as opposed to 5 days?
I received an invalid voucher code as part of the Buy & Get Promo, and tried to query it via both email and phone. You'd be lucky to get any response, and when (if) you do get a response, it will be them telling you that they have escalated and will provide feedback. You will never hear from them again, no matter how many follow up requests you send. The non-existent support is absolutely horrific. Almost a month later, and I'm still waiting for feedback.

Don't bother sending emails. They don't look at it no matter how many you send.
I logged a support call regarding a Whatsapp Desktop issue. There has been numerous back and forth emails between myself and a support agent, and each and every time they would reply with a standard response without even trying to understand my issue. At times, I thought I was having a conversation with a bot. I ended to telling them to close the ticket without my issue being addressed.
I don't know why online retailers continue to make use of this courier. The customer care agents are useless, the delivery link (which is supposed to allow you to reschedule/change address/initiate a please call me, etc.) is a great feature BUT HARDLY WORKS. 9/10 times they get the address wrong and blame it on the supplier even though the supplier is able to prove that the correct address was given to them. If you have a complaint, make it known to the online retailer via complaints, surveys, etc. - the more complaints they get, the better the chance of them switching couriers.
