Pofessisional and Efficient
Karen from Bundu Beach is very professional and very supportive. She takes into account everything that we request her to do with regards to our accommodation. She will ensure that the information on the profiles are absolutely correct and will make the changes when asked to. Karen is very busy and has many places to take care of but she always respond timeously and gives the accommodation the attention it deserves. We gave Karen our work on a Friday and she got a booking two days later. Thanks Karen for your hard work, Efficiency and committment to ensure success in what you do. Shirley Raman

THIS BUSINESS SHOULD CLOSE DOWN!!!
HORRIFIC! Do not use this agency! After speaking offensively to my husband, because we were in a rush to move due to our second business being opened in Ballito, Karen from this pathetic agency assumed that we could not afford it, questioning why we were looking for a furnished place. If not offensive and unprofessional enough, when I tried calling for the first time, she did not pick up, but between me trying to call she was on whatsapp checking my messages. All I got was a response after quite some time saying the unit is no longer available, which was a lie, because she was questioning my husband on furniture re the unit just before this. If you are an owner put there, I would recommend that you NEVER let this agency run your property. I really hope this business goes down, because it will be doing the public a favor! I hope we bump into each other once I’m in Ballito, so I can show her a thing or two about how to handle customers!

Bundu Beach
Rented out my apartment in Ballito through Karen Rushton /Bundu Beach. Excellent professional service from her. Actually the best Agent I've dealt with to date. She has certainly gone the extra mile and is very passionate about her good service, and in striking a great balance between the interests of both the lessor and lessee. Thank you Karen.

Bundu Beach
Rented out my apartment in Ballito through Karen Rushton /Bundu Beach. Excellent professional service from her. Actually the best Agent I've dealt with to date. She has certainly gone the extra mile and is very passionate about her good service, and in striking a great balance between the interests of both the lessor and lessee. Thank you Karen.

Unprofessional beach holiday rental agency - Beach Bundu
I was alerted by a previous tenant that Bundu Beach was advertising an apartment for rent in Westbrook, whilst fraudulently using the images from our apartment. I contacted Bundu Beach and spoke to Karen Rushton, who was incredibly dismissive and appallingly rude. Personally I do not recommend supporting her business as she lacks tact and professionalism.
