Its been more than SIX WEEKS and they still havent replaced or fixed my Lithium battery. First they want CoC’s from electritions (which I still dont understand as they sold the battery with a warranty and never said thats a pre-requisite). Luckily I had this and the COC and proof of purchase was provided they send me an invoice for R6000 to fix it. I explained to them the battery which costs R23k is still under warranty and then they at least admitted that it is indeed under warranty Now apparently they have to send it to China because China doesnt agree with their report or something. This while for 6 weeks the battery has left me without power or water with 3 small kids at home everytime there is load shedding. We cant use toilets, bath or use internet for assignments etc. Im still waiting and BUNDU just dont seem to care. i am following up daily from now on with Michelle from Bundu. Will have to get lawyers or National Consumer Commission involved soon as I see other clients on Hello Peter has gone through the same struggles and had there products replaced after winning this process against Bundu. Dont sell something under warranty if you are not prepared to replace or fix it!
