Bunny NOT documents

Its been almost 9 months since I applied for an unabridged certificate through this company....and still waiting..... They did not send me any communication on the status of my application. I was told to go to my local government offices, because the chance of getting the certificate within 1 to 3 months are better than requesting it through a business like this. I asked for my money back and is awaiting their response.
