This company is a scam

This company is a scam ! I’m waiting over a year & a bit for my daughters under bridge birth certificate ! I have asked for a refund & im still waiting ! I went through another agency & it took under a month . They never update you or let you know what’s going on & I haven’t heard a word about my refund !
