Horrible Experience – Rotten Meat & Terrible Management

We ordered two burgers, and when they arrived, they looked delicious. However, to our utter disappointment, both beef patties were off—the smell was dreadful and immediately made us nauseous.

We called the waitress and explained that the patties were clearly rotten. She apologized and took our plates back. We also requested to speak with the manager, but instead of coming over, the waitress told us she would speak to him on our behalf.

When we later asked for the bill, we expected at least an apology from the manager. Instead, to our shock, the waitress informed us that the manager claimed there was “nothing wrong” with the burgers and that the meat was “fresh.” This was beyond frustrating, considering how awful the smell was.

We left hungry and nauseous, disgusted by both the food and the complete lack of customer service. This is utterly unacceptable, and we will never return. Sorry to say, but Burger Lane Roadhouse in Birchleigh, Kempton Park, has lost our business for good. We will not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible management, awful experience.
