*********** attorneys, lack of transparency with costs, Nightmare!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this law firm, particularly from the attorney assigned to me, Wadzanai. She appeared unfami**** with several key aspects of labour law and was unable to offer proper advice during my conciliation process. As someone going through conciliation for the first time, I expected competent guidance—instead, I had to seek external legal advice at an additional cost just to understand my rights and next steps.

What’s most frustrating is that I paid R4,000 for her to review my documents and evidence, with the expectation that she would provide a clear summary and key defence points. This was never delivered, and I honestly doubt whether she thoroughly reviewed the materials at all.

To make matters worse, after I communicated my decision to no longer proceed with her representation—due to lack of confidence in her ability to handle my arbitration—she blocked me without any further explanation or closure.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Their marketing and website may seem appealing, but the actual legal service I received was unprofessional and unhelpful. Fortunately, I have since found a more competent labour law firm to support my case.
